Hi, I am…
I am Joanna K Chodorowska, a holistic nutritionist and inflammation expert, athlete, minister and lover of life.
I guide athletes to love their body and their active life more fully without pain, GI distress and ill-health issues.
I discovered through my own recovery from adrenal exhaustion and a painful arthritic hip, that the body can heal naturally given the right tools. I discovered how food can nourish the body or be the cause of symptoms. I love to research and experiment based on the outcome I want to achieve for myself and my clients, then share my findings. I also seek out safer food options.
I learned to find joy and peace in the activities I do and the challenges of life, and
