I found peace with food
I really enjoyed being a part of the Body Balance class!
- I became aware of how much joy was lacking in my eating. Now I am able to change habits around my meals to enjoy food more!
- I found peace in deleting food tracking apps - calorie counting was not helping me. It was just making eating more tedious.
- I gained clarity in what was really important to me and what steps I need to take moving forward.
I would recommend the Be Whole program to anyone struggling with food issues and losing weight!
