Last week, I did yoga on Tuesday which usually makes me more bendy and flexible. This is a good thing – for my body and my mind.
But Wednesday, I went to play tennis, and OMG, my joints we so, so stiff. I felt like I could hardly move on the court, and my joints we like that of an old lady.
I am only 51, so I am NOT “old!!”.
Why are my joints so stiff??
It made me think about what I had eaten days before. Did I eat something inflammatory like wheat (and without my Gluten Digest enzyme?)? Did I eat too much sugar? Did I have too much dairy?

Well, it turns out it was NOT what I ate. Phew. But wth??
It was something I wasn’t doing that I now know I should without skipping for days.
It was that I missed my JShake anti-inflammatory elixir for three days.

12/6 Update – a week later, now that I really I did take my Jshake and supplements daily….I was so much more agile and able to move on the tennis court today. I kid you not – it was that big of a difference! If I only had a video for teh ‘before’ and after’….Sometimes it is not what you do, but what you don’t do….I will now be sure to follow my Anti-Inflammatory Protocol!
