In this hour, we will create the optimal plan for you, or we’ll optimize the plan you have that may not be working well.
We review pre-race nutrition, meals the day before and race day fueling options so you get from the start to the finish line feeling like you could do it all over again.
STM Table To Race Sports Nutrition Package – $575 (Reg $675) Get started now
You get the Race Day Nutrition session, but we also work on your every day nutrition, fueling and hydration plan while you practice it all in training. These 4 sessions over the course of 4-8 weeks will optimize blood sugar, maximize fat metabolism, perfect your race day protocols for hydration and fueling as well as recovery. You also have unlimited support in between sessions by text, email or Facebook messenger.
Base Performance Nutrition – nutrition bars, hydration drinks, gels, amino acids and electrolyte powder (base salts) are available either in our office, at the Steelman tri and other events, and/or online.
