Message of Love for Thanksgiving 2020

I channel messages from guides.  Often I will bring one in for all to read on holidays or special events. 
Here is what message was brought forth today that I share with you this Thanksgiving of 2020.  I think it is my 7th year of them…if I keep going, I can put them into a book??!!

Dearest children of God.

Today and every day, you have the opportunity to see the beauty that is all around you. You have been challenged in many ways this year that have made it exceedingly difficult to see this beauty and to find gratitude for your challenges.

Let us all focus on grounding ourselves even when triggered, so you can relax the mind, bring into stillness and see the love and light of who you are, and see this love and light in others.

This can be a daily practice to give thanks for all that is going right.
Every challenge is an opportunity to learn how to love, let go and allow that light and love to surround, fill and protect you.

It can be difficult to do yet it is a simple process which includes deep breathing so you can feel present. As you feel present, you are able to see more of the beauty and loving possibilities ahead. As you respond from your heart, you can also see the pain in others. This is a grand opportunity to feel compassion and grace for you, others and the situation. As the feeling of compassion fills your heart and body, you can choose to be loving in your response rather than be triggered into a reactive rant.

Choose to see the love and light today and every moment of every day.
Choose to be kind to yourself, and treat others with this same grace.
Acknowledge that we are wanting love, compassion and understanding. Rather than reacting from a triggered place of pain, try to respond from a place of loving.

It is simple yet not always easy. Yet I challenge you to do the best you can and know that others are doing their best too.

Today and every day, give thanks for the opportunities where you can choose love and light, for every day you can choose to see darkness, or you can choose to see light and love.
