Message of Love for Jan 1, 2021

Dearest Earth Angels,

Today is a day for new beginnings, new adventures and new commitments to self.
Do what you can to breathe deeply, get grounded and connect with the light inside your heart.
Today and every day going forward is an opportunity for you to choose loving, to choose to be present in your body, in your consciousness of love and light and share that love and light.

Take time each day to do what you need to do to be grounded and stay present.
In that presence, you can connect with the inspired answers to whatever pain you may be experiencing. In this presence of love and light, you can respond with loving, rather than react from a place of hurt.

Know that in your human condition, your emotions are welcomed.
There is not reason to stifle these emotions. Allow them to be what they are.
Allow the love and light to infiltrate every cell of your body to transmute any self-hate, blame, judgement or disgust into unconditional love.  Allow this love and light to guide your next actions and responses. Even when you did not succeed, you have the opportunity to share your loving insights even after you have ranted and shown your anger and frustration.

Breathe deeply, and again until you feel yourself enveloped in love and light.
Share how you feel from this loving place called your heart.

Every day you have the opportunity to choose love and light.
Every day it will get easier as you practice choosing loving all aspects of self.

Every pain is a message to release the emotional pain from childhood that caused you to dim your light, dim you playfulness and curiosity of life.

And this pain may keep you safe from future pain, yet it is keeping you safe from being yourself and being present to the love and light you are meant to witness and experience fully.

Just for today, you can choose to breathe, ground yourself and see the goodness, love and light inside of you.
It is there. It always has been. Give yourself permission to love all aspects of you and feel the love and light of who you are.

Allow this love and light to lead you today and every day knowing that each day you choose to embrace love and light, you will experience more love, more loving and more joy.

Today is an an opportunity to choose love and light and allow the brilliant light of who you are to shine brighter.
