I have experienced them myself and didn’t know what they were until years later when I myself became a nutrition therapy coach. Dehydration is more than just muscle cramping. But nobody mentions them. I really have no explanation as to why, but I want YOU to know those other signs as I have seen and felt them in my races and training, and until I did, I was not really able to do what I needed to to have truly successful races.
