Can we talk about what I call fake inflammation from foods you eat??!
This type of inflammation will make every symptom worse…and it may be that which trigger mutations and disruptions in gene expression. Inflammation is a natural healing process when injury or a foreign invader attacks. But what if you knew inflammation were also a result of the food you eat? Foods can be your medicine or your painful poison. Fake inflammation is a result of your poor food choices that include processed food.
Processed food typically has a lot of extra ingredients that your body considers ‘foreign invaders’. These invaders include processed sugar, processed wheat, GMO foods (altered in the laboratory rather than naturally), hydrogenated fats, artificial colors and artificial sweeteners.
Common signs of inflammation is premature aging, aches and pains, stiff and achy joints, joints that tell you the weather, acne, eczema, psoriasis, any body pain, and GI distress.

To lower fake inflammation, you want to lower your intake of those processed foods I mentioned above. Best is to eliminate one type of food first. Start with Wheat or sugar. After you eliminate the wheat, then eliminate the sugar and processed foods. Then after a month or so, start adding anti-inflammatory foods so you can feel the difference experience the positive changes in how you feel and how you think!
