Here is another article about using yoga to help release the trapped emotions. This one also refers to psychological conditions being triggered with repressed emotions. We store those emotions in our body’s energy field which is why negativity hurts, while positivity and gratitude usually do not.
It may be why you are having some kind of pain.

I have found that pain to have different cause for every person.
Like my hip pain – usually it can mean fear of moving forward or stepping into something new.
Most articles indicate this as the reason for hip pain. But that didn’t help me.
Why do I have that fear? What am I scared of?
Is there an aspect of self I am scared of bringing forward? That I need to embrace?
What issue in childhood experience created this fear?
I can use anti-inflammatory foods to lessen the pain. And I do this!
I can do a stress relief nutrition protocol so your body reacts less to the stress. I do this!
This can include yoga, meditation or sound healing to name a few. I do this!
I had to do a lot of emotional release techniques as some of these issues are from childhood experiences I buried and they needed to be released to stop the pain. That is when I got my answers to those questions.
I am sure I am not the only one. You may be experiencing a similar thing where there may be a missing element as the pain keeps coming back.
Getting to the issues mentioned in the articles is what I do with the nutrition protocols and emotional release techniques work on those pain points.
