Much has been going on the past few weeks, yet on another aspect not much has been happening the past few weeks. These are the ups and downs of business and life. You learn somewhere to roll with it, change it or fight it. Much like your own body – you learn to deal with it, seek for answers to change it, or fight it and hope it changes on its own (which usually it does not).
I have lows too. I don’t always remember what I am supposed to do.
I seek assistance from others online and in person. I ask God and my guides for help.

I keep fighting because I am a competitive athlete by nature – I love the challenge and I love over-coming obstacles. But how many do I really need? And how often?
Somewhere it is said this was supposed to be easy …..ah, but what is the right combination? For YOU? For ME? For anyone really? It is not the same for everyone.
There is so much marketing out there about how to do things…. eating right, moving right, doing business right, doing marketing right. Be vegan, Don’t eat wheat – ever! Juice, go raw. But what if ‘right’ feels so wrong and is so hard!??
It just means you have not found the right combination…yet for you

Deep down I know the answers are there inside my heart. We actually all do. If we can just be connected to this innate knowing. We have to stop to listen….allow this connection to re-appear. But how?
“Allow” yourself to connect with your heart, not your scared mind. But how?? “You already know how. Just allow it.”
This week, I think I finally figured out another piece of that puzzle of life which I have been fighting all along. It is a part of me that wants to have the ease, but I also want the challenge.
It is like hill repeats – I love hill repeats on my bike. I love the challenge and the games I play with the hills and the strategy…..of being in the moment and letting it all just happen. Increasing the gear to a harder one each time I go up again, only to realize it really isn’t harder. I am in the moment just allowing the bike to go up the hill.
I do this in my movement, but I don’t seem to do this game playing and allowing within the business. I don’t allow myself to just be in the moment and let things happen. I try to make them happen. That is when the fighting is working against me. And it doesn’t work although I think it really aught to by now.
We innately actually know what our body needs on a body, mind and soul level. We have just been reprogrammed by media & marketing away from what we know. We then develop health issues we need to fight. When we develop a hiccup, we try to fight it instead of understand it. But we really don’t. We can flow with the ups and downs with ease.
Reconnect with who you are meant to be, eating what makes your feel good….no, what makes you feel great on all levels! Without guilt, without shame just pure enjoyment.
