Planning for 2016. Every year, we get nudged to plan. So I started my planning for 2016. Creating clear goals for my visions. Creating clarity in what my vision is and what it is I want to create in 2016. This includes my health, my relationships and mainly my business. What are you planning for?
I hired a coach to help me with this planning. It helps keep me accountable and it helps to keep me on track to do the work. In past years, when I worked with a coach, things did go much smoother. But when I choose to stop, things start to not work as well. It can be the same with others I am sure. When you have someone else who can help with creating the clarity and the clear steps to reaching your goals, all you have to do it just follow the steps. Not come up with them yourself and guess at what may or may not work.
In 2016. I want to help you reach their health goals. I want to take the guess work out of what it is you need to do. For some, racing new distance triathlons, or running their first marathon or their first race will be the focal point where nutrition and hydration will be learned.
For others, they may want to lose weight, reduce or eliminate pain without medications, reduce risks from diabetes, high cholesterol or auto-immune issues. Or some want to just feel better, have less fatigue and be able to enjoy more activities without signs of aging. There are a multitude of ways I can help you reach your goals.
When I work with clients, I ask the hard questions to find out what the underlying issues are that are causing the problems. I include Nutrition Response Testing to identify if foods or chemicals, or what may be contributing to GI distress, pain or fatigue. I work with you to create the road map to your success. We work together to understand the issue, and the steps needed to resolve the symptoms.
If foods come up, then I help you work through which foods you can eat (there are way more than you think even on a wheat free diet or the anti-inflammatory plan!).
Then I help you work through your schedule to help you plan when to eat, what to eat, what to buy and when to cook. I also help you with planning what to take with you or what to choose when eating out or dining at a friends house. After 3-6 sessions, you know what works for you and you are empowered to make choices that make your body feel great. Without the planning, you just wing it and have no idea what one day you had GI issues or pain, while the next you did not. I help create that clarity in your food choices and make the connection between your food choices and your symptoms.
